American Express wanted to show that their cards are accepted everywhere. Inspired by random generator filters like “What Pokémon am I?” or “What takeaway should I order?”, we gamified the cardholder experience with a Random Amex Business generator as part of the Say Yes With Amex campaign.
Actors played cardholders whose scripted days unfolded to where the generator landed - saying Yes to every “unexpected” opportunity. Because with Amex, saying Yes opens the world up - and means you get more, no matter where it takes you.
This was the Mr. Worldwide of Amex shoots - filmed across Melbourne, Brisbane, and Byron to showcase all endless possibilities, remove perceptions of coverage, and inspire people to explore more with Amex.
